Requirements and Experience

To join the Business Technology team, at least 3-5 years of experience in enterprise IT and cloud computing is required. You should have a strong understanding of developing and managing technological solutions that enhance organizational functions. Specifically, experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure is essential for implementing cloud infrastructures.

Additionally, exceptional knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools like New Relic or Datadog is necessary to continuously improve and ensure system performance.

Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, is particularly valuable, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that combine technology with business processes.

Responsibilities and Expectations for the Candidate

The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing technological solutions that enhance business processes at PetsAgile. They will work closely with the Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to analyze and implement business process automation (BPA) and generate data-driven insights to improve efficiency and productivity.

Additionally, the candidate will manage cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and API integrations, ensuring continuous scalability and optimization of business processes. Using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), the candidate will manage backlogs, schedule sprints, and monitor the progress of the team, while evaluating and analyzing the performance of applications and systems through metrics and KPIs.
